Refund and Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning a product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect item, so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., home electronics, mobile phones, other electronics)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, or we may ask for your bank account details for a direct transfer. Please allow 6-15 working days for processing. Delivery charges, either included in the item price or charged separately and paid by us, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Protection Against Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our return policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any legal action or dispute will be governed by the laws of your Country.
